The allegations made in the NZZ am Sonntag on 25 September 2022 concerning a professor and an institute at the University of St.Gallen are being comprehensively reviewed. The President was commissioned by the Board of Governors to initiate a corresponding investigation procedure. For this purpose, a review group with external participation was appointed, consisting of the following members: Dr. iur. Niklaus Oberholzer, former Federal Judge (Chair) Dr. iur. Vivane Sobotich, Ombudswoman of the City of Rapperswil-Jona and Judge at the Administrative Court of Canton Zurich Prof. Dr. Reto Foellmi, Dean of SEPS and Director at SIAW-HSG Hildegard Kölliker, lic. iur., General Counsel Dr. iur. Stephanie Bernet, General Secretariat (Secretariat) The members of the review group have started their work. At this point in time, it is still unclear when the process will be completed.
