Management topics Entrepreneurs, senior executives, and boards of directors must constantly work on how they create value, generate impact, and make a difference. This allows them to maintain and expand the capacity for action, decision-making, and change of their organizations. In our publications on core management topics, we demonstrate this in tangible ways. Management innovation refers to topics on the personal agendas of entrepreneurs, senior executives, and boards of directors that they own and work on in their own praxis. On these agendas, the issue of "Performance" is central, not in terms of a given measure but as a reference that is the basis of controversial discussions and must be constantly redefined, evaluated, and institutionalized (Entrepreneurial Management). Here, entrepreneurial executive management deals with its own contribution to organizational success, which must be given tangible form in an organization-specific repertoire of practices and processes (Executive Management) and continually be newly developed and implemented in the organization. In doing so, it is important to develop, implement, and harmonize (Management Innovation) management architecture (Corporate Governance) and strategy processes (Strategy Process) in order to make entrepreneurial executive management effective, relevant, and successful in the context of strategic changes and technological innovation (Technology Innovation). At the same time, the particular knowledge essential for entrepreneurial executive management’s capacity for action, decision-making, and change (Management Knowledge) must be challenged and continuously specified. The RISE Management Innovation Lab contributes to the examination of these topics through its own research, development, innovation, and publication activities as a development platform for management knowledge that is both practically relevant and scientifically established. In our publications, we condense important insights on key management topics in the context of specific debates in the area of management innovation. .
